Bu politika, Tarot Dünyası : Luna uygulamasında hangi verilerin işlendiğini, neden kullanıldığını ve nasıl korunduğunu açıklar.

Toplanan veriler

  • Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı adı ve temel profil bilgileri.
  • Uygulama içi içerik: günlük kart, fal geçmişi, sohbet mesajları, favoriler, journal notları ve kullanıcı tarafından gönderilen yorum istekleri.
  • Teknik veriler: bildirim tokenı, çökme kayıtları, cihaz ve uygulama tanıları.
  • Satın alma verileri: premium veya kredi ürünleri için mağaza kaynaklı teknik işlem kayıtları.

Yapay zeka ile veri işleme

Fal, burç yorumu, numeroloji ve Luna sohbet yanıtlarını üretmek için girdiğiniz metinler, sorularınız, doğum tarihiniz ve ilgili profil bilgileriniz üçüncü taraf yapay zeka sağlayıcısı Anthropic (Claude) sunucularına güvenli bağlantı üzerinden iletilebilir. Bu veriler yanıtların üretilmesi, hizmet kalitesinin korunması ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi için kullanılır; reklam amacıyla satılmaz.

  • Fal, sohbet, günlük kart, bildirim ve premium özellikleri çalıştırma
  • Sipariş, yorum, ödül veya destek durumunu bildirme

Veri saklama ve silme

Veriler, hizmetin çalışması için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır. Kullanıcı hesabı uygulama içinden silindiğinde ilişkili kullanıcı kaydı, canlı sohbetler, Luna istekleri, bildirim kayıtları ve fal siparişleri mümkün olan ölçüde silinir. Mağaza, güvenlik, uyuşmazlık çözümü veya yasal yükümlülük nedeniyle gereken bazı teknik işlem kayıtları ayrıca tutulabilir.

This policy explains what data is processed in the Tarot Dünyası : Luna app, why it is used, and how it is protected.

Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, username, and basic profile information.
  • In-app content: daily cards, reading history, chat messages, favorites, journal notes, and reading requests submitted by the user.
  • Technical data: notification token, crash reports, device diagnostics, and app diagnostics.
  • Purchase data: technical transaction records provided by the app stores for premium or credit products.

AI data processing

To generate tarot readings, horoscope interpretations, numerology insights, and Luna chat responses, the text you enter, your questions, birth date, and relevant profile context may be securely sent to the third-party AI provider Anthropic (Claude). This data is used to generate responses, maintain service quality, and prevent abuse; it is not sold for advertising purposes.

How we use data

  • To create accounts, manage sign-in, and maintain the user experience
  • To provide readings, chat, daily cards, notifications, and premium features
  • To notify users about orders, interpretations, rewards, or support updates
  • To support security, error tracking, and abuse prevention

Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as needed to operate the service. When a user deletes their account in the app, the related user record, live chats, Luna requests, notification records, and reading orders are deleted where possible. Some technical transaction records may be retained when required for store compliance, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
